One month before you arrive

You will receive an email from ENSTA campus in Brest in early July giving you access to your computer account and to the Microsoft Office 365 and Moodle platforms.
You will need to complete your administrative file on Aurion from August 1

Please gather the various administrative documents together in PDF format.

The list can be accessed from the pages on the start of the academic year.
These documents should be uploaded to your Aurion personal online space (“Administrative record” menu).

Tips for making your payments easier

Think about what your future expenses might be so that you can budget realistically.
If you have a payment or credit card, check that it can be used to withdraw money in France.

If it can’t, make sure you have cash on you. You will be able to open a bank account at a later date in France.

Important advice

To power your electrical appliances, remember to take universal adapters before you leave or buy them at the airport. In France, we use European plugs.
