ENSTA Bretagne : étudiants se dirigeant vers la résidence des élèves
Work in progress: a major renovation project is underway in the student residence to convert all single rooms into studio apartments with kitchenette and shower. This means that there are fewer rooms available at the moment.

STUDENT RESIDENCE – PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • A secure residence. The campus entrance is guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is available for vehicles, and there are also spaces for storing bicycles, motorcycles, surfboards and windsurf boards, subject to availability.
  • Furnished accommodation. All the rooms are furnished and have several cupboards and a sink. The bedding kit includes 1 pillow, 1 blanket and 1 mattress cover. It is up to the tenant to provide sheets or a duvet with its cover. A bedding kit on a yearly rental basis is available at a price of €30.
  • Wi-Fi: Access to the Wi-Fi broadband network is available.
  • Laundry: The residence has a self-service coin laundry (€3 per washer load and €0.50 for every 6 minutes in the dryer).

Three types of accommodation, each with a surface area of 14m², are available (as of September 2024 for the studio apartments):

  • Studio apartments with a kitchenette and shower room

  • Single rooms with washbasins (communal showers and toilets)

For safety and hygiene reasons, cooking is prohibited in the residence and rooms must therefore not be equipped with cooking appliances. The dining hall, located near the residence, operates on a self-service basis for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day during term-time, including weekends.

How much does it cost?

  • €420 a month for a studio appartment  with a kitchenette and shower room

Every student staying at the student residence must take out civil liability insurance and renter's insurance.

  1. All students who wish to book accommodation on the ENSTA Bretagne campus must apply online via the residence booking website.
  2. A room in the Students’ Hall of Residence is only reserved if the security deposit of 330€ have been subscribed and paid.
  3. Each student will receive an individual reply by email after submitting his/her accommodation application, stating whether or not the application has been accepted.

No room assignments will be made during the school’s summer closure, from August 2nd through August 17. New or pending applications will be processed starting August 18.
